    By purchasing and using a winch cradle from Dirt Boy 4x4 you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • ADR Compliance As there are currently no ADR compliance specifications for hidden winch cradles in Australia Dirt Boy 4x4 and resellers recommend winch cradles for off-road use only and strongly urge the customer to do your own research in terms of compliance, insurance and warranty conditions for your vehicle.

    Dirt Boy 4x4 provides winch cradles for use with specified winching equipment only and makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the safety, suitability, or performance of its products in all conditions. Due to the inherently unpredictable nature of winching situations, Dirt Boy 4x4 assumes no responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses that may result from the use, misuse, or improper installation of its winch cradles.

    Operator Responsibility: 
    The safe operation of winching equipment, including the use of winch cradles, is the sole responsibility of the operator. It is the operator’s duty to ensure that all winching procedures comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and applicable laws. Dirt Boy 4x4 is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from operator error, neglect, or failure to follow recommended safety guidelines.
  • Indemnification:
    By purchasing and using Dirt Boy 4x4’s products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dirt Boy 4x4, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the winch cradle.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirt Boy 4x4's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the purchase and use of its products is limited to the amount paid for the product..
